Returns policy

At Handgun Training for Serious Shooters, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Here’s our policy to ensure a smooth process for those who carry every day:

Duration of Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days post-purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its unused, original condition, just as you received it. This includes being in the original packaging with all pamphlets or documentation intact. Please note, if the box or packaging is damaged, we cannot provide a refund.

Incorrect Item Received
In the event that we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange for its return in its original condition and dispatch the correct item to you.

Customer Ordering Error
If the wrong item is ordered by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item at their own expense. We are not liable for mistakes made by customers.

Return Process and Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Shipping Time for Exchanged Products
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

High-Value Returns
For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Wolf Tactical Lifetime Warranty
All Wolf Tactical products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty, covering defective materials and faulty workmanship. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, deliberate damage, or damage due to customer modifications.

The warranty will cover:

-Defective materials

The warranty will not cover:

-Normal wear & tear

-Damage produced deliberately
