He's fixed my fundamentals so that it works for me. All the standard advice from all the other people just confused me and didn't help at all. He individualised everything to what I needed! His training is absolutely focused on getting me better in every way. The best of all is that he doesn't talk down to you like other coaches, he lifts you up. Makes you feel like you can do and gives small reminder while you're training. I've improved 800% since I started with him and that is no exaggeration. Be prepared for lots of dry firing in your own time though! As a woman, I really appreciated how comfortable and confident he made me feel throughout the session. I then decided to do his 10 week course.
